The Walsh Group promotes David Walker to Senior Vice President of East Water
Atlanta, Georgia – The Walsh Group, one of the largest construction service providers in the United States, is pleased to announce the promotion of David Walker to Senior Vice President within the company’s water division.
Walker will provide senior executive leadership over all aspects of preconstruction and construction operations for The Walsh Group’s water and wastewater operations in the East Region.

With 28 years of industry experience, including 17 years with The Walsh Group, Walker’s expertise and steady leadership have grown the company’s brand in the East Region. His recent portfolio includes oversight of several major water and wastewater treatment projects, such as the $283 million Big Creek Water Reclamation Facility Expansion in Roswell, Georgia; the $181 million Walnut Creek WRF Expansion in McDonough, Georgia; the $290 million West Parish Treatment Plant in Springfield, Massachusetts; and the $109 million Southeast WWTP Improvements in Zephyrhills, Florida. These projects reflect David’s consistent ability to lead high-performing teams, deliver critical infrastructure, and build lasting client relationships.
