VIDEO: Final beam placed on largest module for DFW Airport Terminal F Expansion
Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas - A proud moment for the construction crews working on the first phase of DFW Airport's Terminal F expansion program. The final beam was recently placed on the largest of the project’s six modules, which measures an impressive 245’ long x 136’ wide x 46’ high. The celebratory moment included the opportunity for construction crews to represent their hard work in driving this transformative project forward by signing the beam before it was raised into place.
The Terminal F Concourse and Skylink Station project, which is the first phase of the airport’s major expansion to build a sixth terminal, is being built by Innovation Next+, a design-build joint venture led by Archer Western Construction with Turner Construction Company, Phillips May Corporation, H.J. Russell & Company, and CARCON Industries, with design partners PGAL, Gensler, and GFT.
