Roosevelt Collection is a retail and residential project located on eight acres in Chicago. Covering 1.6 million square feet, it has three levels of parking, 342 condominium lofts, 50 retail and restaurant spaces, a 16-screen theater and a two-acre public park. The project's deep foundations are made up of more than 40 miles of piles, a first in Chicago history, and are topped with concrete pile caps. The structure of the building uses a concrete column and slab system, with a post-tensioned slab in the parking deck and post-tensioned beams throughout the lofts. The garage is heated and has a plenum return air design.
