This 135,000-square-foot wide-body aircraft hangar allows United Airlines to perform indoor maintenance on two wide-body aircraft simultaneously. The hangar includes a 130-foot tall ceiling, automatic 100-foot-tall doors and a built-in 15-ton crane. Up to eight narrow-body aircraft can be housed in the heated facility in the event of a weather-related emergency.
