This LEED Silver-certified Consolidated Rental Car Facility allows rental car agencies to store, maintain and rent automobiles to airport patrons. The facility is composed of two major sections; the first is a four-story, 1,870-space garage; the second is a 36,000-square-foot quick turnaround facility where cars are fueled, washed and prepared for rental. The turnaround facility also includes nine car wash bays that are capable of washing 45 vehicles per hour. The structure also includes a green roof with wind turbines as well as solar panels for maximum sustainability.
