Walsh Construction completes Clark-Estes Apartments
CHICAGO, IL - Walsh Construction joined the Chicago Housing Authority, the City of Chicago Department of Housing, elected officials and Ross Financial Services to open Clark-Estes Apartments, a mixed-use development that brings 54 affordable residential units to Chicago's Rogers Park community.
Built by Walsh Construction, Clark-Estes Apartments also includes 3,350 square feet of ground floor retail space, providing a link between surrounding residential and commercial uses along the 7000 block of N. Clark Street.

Bebley. “Clark-Estes Apartments reiterates CHA’s commitment to providing affordable housing opportunities across the City of Chicago, while also providing a community asset that will allow CHA families and others to benefit from a vibrant commercial corridor with access to transportation.”
Designed by Worn Jerabek Wiltse (WJW) Architects, the affordable apartment complex will include a mix of studio, one, and two-bed units.
