Tim Meana, General Manager, Walsh Canada
As Walsh Canada’s leader, Tim facilitates team integration across the organization and between all disciplines and departments. He ensures teams have the tools and resources to meet and exceed our clients’ objectives. Tim uses insight from his extensive construction experience to keep projects on track for success and maintain open lines of communications between clients, stakeholders, and teams.
Jason Graham, Director of Construction Technology, Regional Quality, & Construction Operations
Jason is an industry leader in leveraging BIM for construction excellence. Jason applies his expertise in quality control and construction technology to lead Walsh Canada’s efforts in all our virtual design and construction initiatives throughout the preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases of a project. Jason’s leadership ensures quality construction for our clients, every time.
Roham Pourmatin, Project Director
Roham is a problem-solver and innovative thinker with more than 25 years of diverse construction experience. Roham provides direct supervision of construction project management staff to ensure a successful project delivery. He champions team integration, Lean principles, and open communication between the team, client, and stakeholders.
Colin Campbell, Senior Superintendent
As Senior Superintendent, Colin leads Walsh’s start-up and logistics planning, constructability assessment, phase sequencing, and clash detection. During construction, Colin reviews plans, builds and monitors schedules, tracks job costs, and manages daily field operations. Colin directs our Superintendents and field staff on safety and quality management to ensure successful project outcomes.
David Irwin, Regional Health & Safety Manager
Walsh Canada is a leader in safety thanks to David, our Regional Health & Safety Manager. David develops project-specific safety plans, provides guidance and oversight for onsite safety, conducts inspections and audits, and organizes communications to forward Health & Safety initiatives. David works with project teams to ensure the highest level of safety is met as a minimum standard.
Joanne Palma, Contracts Manager
As Walsh Canada’s Contract Manager on the Women’s College, Credit Valley, and Etobicoke General Hospital projects, Joanne has brought a high level of project and contract management expertise. Her proactive work ethic, attention to detail studying contracts, and collaboration in negotiating terms and communicating deliverables with clients and third parties make her a natural leader and asset to any Walsh project.
