Archer Western delivered preconstruction and construction services for the new Thomas Groundwater Treatment Facility (TGTF) and its 1.5 MGD reverse osmosis system. The new facility treats groundwater from the adjacent Central Groundwater Treatment Facility (CGTF) that is supplied by several existing wells. The TGTF houses the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane process equipment, chemical storage and feed, and membrane feed pump and pre-treatment systems, a laboratory, electrical and control rooms, conference room, offices for operations staff, locker rooms and maintenance shops.
