The design-build of a new westbound I-90 bridge over the Cuyahoga River Valley was, at the time, the largest single contract awarded by the Ohio Department of Transportation. In addition to the main viaduct, the project also included rehabilitation, widening and reconstruction of 16 bridges; construction of a new roadway for local roads; and all associated earthwork, lighting, drainage, utility relocation and aesthetic enhancements.
