Walsh Logistics is providing Initial Outfitting & Transition (IO&T) Services on the multi-phased renovation project under the DHA iDBO program. Our work includes services in a temporary phasing facility for the following departments: Housekeeping, Laboratory, Bioenvironmental Engineering, Command, Radiology, Public Health, Pediatric Clinic, Medical Management, Systems, Aerospace & Operational Medicine. Our services include FF&E and Medical Equipment planning, procurement, purchasing, installation and training AND transition planning and move logistics services. We will decommission and dispose of non-reuse items.

The Vandenberg modernization project is realigning several departments and repairing infrastructure throughout the building. This project will consolidate all patient care to the first floor to provide ease of access for beneficiaries. Medical administrative functions will be realigned to the second floor.
