Walsh is completing new construction of a three story office/retail addition at 932 West Randolph. The ongoing project will have retail on the first floor with office space on the second and third levels. The existing structure will have the core and shell renovated by recladding the façade and adding a new curtainwall system. Brick veneer with metal stud backup exterior wall, composite deck floor construction, and steel column and beam structure will be featured. A new elevator, staircase, bathrooms and MEP equipment will be included.
