Rising 45-stories above the Music City, this is the largest residential tower in Nashville. The cast-in-place concrete structure consists of seven below grade floors comprised of parking, along with 350 apartment units, 200 condos, and first class amenity and retail space. The building envelope is a window wall system with curtain wall at the retail and amenity levels. The roof hosts two separate central plant facilities to accommodate the apartments and condos as separate entities. 505 is currently the second tallest high-rise in Nashville.
