The UK HealthCare Cancer and Advanced Ambulatory Building is a new 550,000-square-foot facility that will serve as the future home of the UK Markey Cancer Center, Kentucky’s only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. The project also includes a Comprehensive Spine Center, ambulatory surgery center, outpatient clinics, and space for future expansion of complementary healthcare services. Designed by HGA with Champlin Architecture, the facility emphasizes patient-centered care through an efficient modular clinic layout supporting multiple levels of cancer treatment and advanced ambulatory services. Walsh Construction is serving as construction partner on the project.
