Rush University Hospital Medical Center had an issue with condensation on two floors of their building, level 8 and level 14. The work required the removal and replacement of the existing metal panels, the structural studs and re-building of the parapet all while minimally impacting the hospital and not shutting down the floors below. Also involved was the renovation and restoration of parapets on floors 7, 8, and 15 of the new Rush University Hospital.
