Walsh Logistics welcomes Jennifer DeBlois as Program Manager
Chicago, IL - Walsh Logistics, a specialized part of The Walsh Group focused on facility transition, outfitting, and activation services, announced that Jennifer DeBlois has joined the organization as Program Manager. Her expertise spans project management, schedule and budget development, operational and functional systems, and change management, as well as end‑user coordination and furniture, equipment, and space planning for both administrative areas and complex environments such as medical clinics and hospitals. Her work emphasizes close coordination among all project team members to ensure successful project delivery from planning through activation and occupancy.
DeBlois brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction, initial outfitting, and transition planning industries, with a specialization in managing client‑focused services and multidisciplinary teams supporting military medical, federal, and corporate projects.. She has extensive experience supporting and leading construction teams on design‑bid‑build and design‑build projects, including serving as an owner’s project manager for the planning, design, and delivery of construction, initial outfitting, and transition services.
Known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate planning and design decisions into activation and occupancy initiatives, DeBlois brings a comprehensive transition perspective to every assignment.
