Archer Western breaks ground on Panorama J Apartments
Charlotte, NC – Archer Western Construction and Panorama Holdings have broken ground on the Panorama J Apartments, a new multifamily development set to transform Charlotte’s South End. Designed by Progressive Companies, the six-story project will bring 84 innovative microunits to an urban infill site.
As the first apartment building of its kind in Charlotte, Panorama J will deliver thoughtfully designed living spaces each equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The apartments will feature adaptable ORI furniture systems that seamlessly convert living areas into bedrooms at the touch of a button, maximizing comfort and functionality in compact spaces.
Catering to a lifestyle rooted in mobility and sustainability, the development includes built-in bike storage on every floor, designated scooter parking, and is located just one block from Charlotte’s light rail. In line with its forward-thinking design, the project is also targeting Fitwel and National Green Building Standard certifications to promote resident well-being and environmental responsibility.
Panorama J is slated for completion in 2026.
