The Walsh Group promotes Jim Gresik to Vice President of Midwest Multi-Family
Chicago, Illinois - The Walsh Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Gresik to Vice President and Business Group Leader within the company's building division.
As Vice President, Gresik will provide oversight and leadership for multi-family projects within the building division’s Midwest region. His responsibilities will include consultation with owners, monitoring project progress, and supervision and review of management systems and staff.

Gresik has 27 years of experience in the industry, spending the last nine years with The Walsh Group. Gresik previously served as program manager, leading multi-family and senior housing projects across the Midwest and Texas markets. His program included a collection of notable multi-family high-rise projects including the construction of Wolf Point East, Salesforce Tower, AMLI 808, Alta Grand Central and 160 N. Morgan in Chicago, as well as AMLI Fountain Place, The Victor and Eastside in Dallas. Along with multi-family, senior living and institutional projects were also a part of his portfolio of work for clients like Artis Senior Living, Misericordia Heart of Mercy, Chicago Jesuit Academy and Mt. Carmel High School.
