Archer Western breaks ground on Thirty-One 11 Sunset residential tower
Flower Mound, TX - Archer Western Construction joined Realty Capital Residential, Creek Lane Capital, Barings and Merriman Anderson Architects to break ground and officially begin construction on Thirty-One 11 Sunset (3111 Sunset Boulevard).
The 16-story residential tower project will consist of 207 units, inclusive of one through three bedroom tower residences, penthouse units, townhomes, as well as 6,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a five-level parking garage. Units in the building will average 1,485 square feet.
The project is expected to be complete in early 2025. Thirty-One 11 Sunset will reside within the Lakeside Village resort community.
