The Walsh Group completes Pivot Apartments in Seattle’s Capitol Hill
SEATTLE – The Walsh Group has completed construction of the new Pivot Apartments in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The eight-story building was developed by Vibrant Cities and designed by Tiscareno Associates. The project broke ground in the summer of 2019 and is now open to residents.
The new mixed-use building includes a below-grade parking lot with 18 vehicle spaces, two motorcycle spaces, and a Bike Storage room. Levels 1 and 2 host apartment management office spaces and retail spaces, while Levels 2 and 3 are dedicated to hotel rooms and short-term furnished rentals. The remaining levels contain 65 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
Pivot Apartments also features a multi-functional and sustainable rooftop with outdoor deck/amenity space, green roof landscaping and community firepits.
