Archer Western completes Panorama Tower in Charlotte
Charlotte, NC - Archer Western Construction, working with Panorama Holdings, has completed the new Panorama Tower in Charlotte's Ballantyne Village. The 277,000-gross-square-foot, 15-story mixed-use building includes an AC Hotel by Marriott, six floors of office space and a rooftop restaurant.
The six floors of office space showcase panoramic views spanning from Ballantyne Country Club to Uptown Charlotte. The AC Hotel by Marriott occupies seven floors of the building, includes 186 guestrooms and features outstanding meeting space and fitness for guests. The entrance and lobbies for the hotel and offices will be separate and each will have dedicated elevators.
The new hotel and mixed-use structure is the latest addition to the popular Ballantyne neighborhood that features four million square feet of Class A office space, several corporate headquarters, upscale shopping and numerous dining amenities.
