Meghan Tierney among 20 Under 40 Outstanding Women in Construction
New York, NY - The Walsh Group is proud to announce that Meghan Tierney has been recognized among the 2021 20 Under 40 Outstanding Women in Construction by the Professional Women in Construction organization. Meghan is an assistant project manager with Walsh Construction working on Concourse A at LaGuardia Airport's new Terminal B. Meghan began her career as a registered architect and joined Walsh Construction two years ago to focus on project management. As an assistant project manager, Meghan is managing and coordinating the MEP scopes of work for the concourse and its terminal pedestrian bridge.
The 20 Under 40 list was prepared by the national organization of the Professional Women in Construction (PWC). Meghan joined a list of outstanding women who have shown commitment to the architecture, engineering and construction industry across PWC's New York region. PWC is a national nonprofit organization that seeks to support, advance, and connect women and promote diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction, (AEC) and related industries.
