DALLAS - Archer Western has started construction on Maple Terrace, a 3.37-acre mixed-use development in Uptown Dallas. The project is anchored by the historic 1920s Maple Terrace apartment building, which will be carefully restored, along with the addition of a 22-story luxury residential tower, 157,000 square feet of new office space and 12,000 square feet of street-facing restaurant space. The project is expected to be complete in mid-2023.
