The Walsh Group names Tim Buehler Vice President of Preconstruction

CHICAGO, IL - The Walsh Group has announced the promotion of Tim Buehler to Vice President of Preconstruction within its Building Group. As Vice President of Preconstruction, Buehler will provide leadership over all preconstruction efforts. He will lead the firm's preconstruction teams and work with owners, architects and subcontractors to be a solutions provider to customers.

Buehler will be responsible for the daily leadership, supervision, coordination and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects. He will guide our preconstruction teams to meet project cost objectives with respect to thought leadership, client relationships, contracting, scheduling and costs.

Buehler has 34 years of construction experience and been with Walsh for 24 years. In his previous role as Chief of Preconstruction, Tim led the efforts on complex building projects including Wolf Point East in Chicago and Hoffman Town Center in Alexandria, Virginia, as well as AMLI Fountain Place and The Victor in Dallas.

"Preconstruction is proving to be a real differentiator for our customers," said John Kiessling. “Tim’s experience and leadership will provide our customers with a valued preconstruction process that reinforces Walsh as an industry leading service provider.”
