CHICAGO - Walsh Construction crews are building the new 60-story, 698-unit Wolf Point East luxury apartment tower along the Chicago River. The structure is beginning to make its rise into the Chicago skyline as concrete is being poured and mechanical trades are hanging pipe and ductwork throughout the lower levels. These are the latest photos captured by Nick Ulivieri Photography of Walsh at Work on one of Chicago's most prominent residential high-rise projects. Wolf Point East will offer permanent, protected views down the south and east legs of the Chicago River, refined unit layouts and interior design schemes and a market-leading mix of indoor amenities and dedicated outdoor spaces. The site offers immediate access to the Chicago Riverwalk and easy access to multiple transit options. Wolf Point East is being developed by Hines in partnership with long-time land owner, the Joseph P. Kennedy Family, and the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, advised by PNC Realty Investors. The project is designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects.
