Seattle VAPS Seismic System Corrections Project
The Seattle VAPS Seismic System Corrections project includes the system seismic corrections for 277,500 SF of the Puget Sound Healthcare System. The focus of this project is the correction of seismic deficiencies that will bring the facilities up to code with respect to earthquake standards and protect the building in the case of a seismic event. The Seattle seismic corrections includes steel seismic retrofit, installation of 168 Buckling Restraint Braces (BRB), and MEP system seismic upgrades in the Building 100 Nursing Tower (NT) and Community Living Center (CLC).
