MARTA’s North Springs transit station and parking deck is located on a 20-acre site and totals 725,000 square feet. The North Springs parking deck is a six-level concrete parking facility with a capacity of 2,180 vehicles and a surface parking lot that will accommodate 280 vehicles. The structure is cast in place and reinforced with both mild steel and post-tensioned monostrand. Interior work on the project included two access stairways and one combination stair and elevator tower.
