Summit Senior Housing is a four-story, 60-unit building inclusive of a community, computer, exercise, arts and crafts, and game rooms. The structure consists of hollow-core precast slabs supported by steel, CMU and cold-formed walls. The foundation is a cast-in-place slab on grade and spread footings. The exterior is all masonry with aluminum windows, storefront glass, metal panels and architectural metal banding. The building includes two hydraulic elevators and individual HVAC units for all 60 residences.
