The project included the demolition of existing site features, new 96,000sf 5 story 136 unit senior living facility with site improvements. The facility consists of three floors of memory care (96 units) and two floors of assisted living (40 units) including common area and ancillary spaces necessary for operation of this residence. Also, this project includes site improvements such as two surface parking lots and resident courtyards with extensive landscaping.
