The Truman College Parking Garage is a 415,000-square-foot, seven-story post-tensioned concrete structure that includes 1,100 parking spaces. Included in the scope of work are below-grade structures, foundation walls, grade beams and a post-tensioned superstructure. The first floor of the garage, which is an 84,000-square-foot interior build-out, will house a student services center. The facility will serve students as a one-stop location for admissions, advising, financial aid, placement testing, student clubs, student government and activities.
