Located in the heart of the historic district of downtown Savannah, this parking structure serves the city with much-needed parking. This project is a five-story concrete-framed post-tensioned structure delivered under the traditional design-bid-build method. The design accommodates 700 parked vehicles in 290,000 square feet. The parking deck features a swirl finish on all driving and parking surfaces, a signature finish of the structural engineer for the project.
