As Walsh's third data center campus project in the Mount Pleasant area, this phase spans approximately 550 acres and includes four primary data center buildings and a central administration building. Together, the campus will total more than 2.5 million square feet and feature a closed-loop water recirculation system designed to efficiently cool the facilities while minimizing water consumption. Once complete, the facility will provide state-of-the-art AI infrastructure and the computing capacity needed to support the next generation of large-scale AI models.
