The first phase of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport’s Terminal F project will deliver a nearly 400,000-square-foot concourse with 15 gates and a new Skylink station. Delivered by Innovation Next+, a design-build joint venture led by Archer Western and Turner Construction Company, the project will expand airport capacity and support a more modern customer experience at one of the nation’s busiest airports.
The project uses large-scale modular construction, with six prefabricated mega-modules built offsite and moved across the airfield before being set in place. Construction began in 2024, and the first phase of Terminal F is scheduled to be operational in 2027.
