The Walsh Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Bob Bruner to Business Group Leader of Southeast Water
Atlanta, Geo. – The Walsh Group, one of the largest construction services providers in the United States, has promoted Bob Bruner to Business Group Leader for Southeast Water. Bruner's promotion reflects the company's continued investment in strengthening its water operations throughout the Southeast, where he will oversee water and wastewater projects across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas.
“Bob has been instrumental in helping establish Archer Western as a trusted water and wastewater builder throughout his time in Florida and the southeast,” said Senior Vice President David Walker. “His experience, leadership and steady approach to solving complex challenges have earned the confidence of clients, design-build partners and project teams. Bob understands what it takes to build lasting relationships and deliver on promises, and we are excited to have him lead our Southeast Water operations into this next chapter.”
Bruner has 34 years of industry experience, including seven years with Archer Western, where he recently served as Program Manager, leading the delivery of water infrastructure projects across Florida. His portfolio includes the award-winning Tampa Bay Water Desalination Pump Station, the South Cross Bayou Denitrification Filter Rehabilitation and Dewatering Project in St. Peterburg, the Southeast Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements and Expansion in Zephyrhills, the Peace River Facility Expansion and PR3 Project in Arcadia, and the Manatee County Southwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion in Bradenton.
Bruner will expand his leadership throughout the Southeast to help further advance Archer Western’s reputation and trust with customers, while collaborating closely with industry partners and guiding teams through technically complex work.
