Archer Western tops out Eastline apartment tower in Dallas
DALLAS - The final bucket of concrete was hoisted and poured atop Eastline, a new 28-story apartment tower located across from Southern Methodist University near Dallas' Highland Park neighborhood. Archer Western is constructing the apartment tower, which is the first of two buildings for the 12-acre mixed-use development owned by Convexity Properties.
The residential high-rise, designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, will feature 330 apartment units with eight levels of parking, amenity spaces on levels eight and 28 and street-level retail.
The project is expected to be complete in early 2021.
