O’Hare Control Tower
The North Airport Traffic Control Tower is part of the $6.6 billion O’Hare Modernization Plan, which includes seven Walsh projects that will increase O’Hare’s capacity from 2,700 to over 3,800 operations per day. With the increased capacity, O’Hare will once again be the world’s busiest airport. This project includes the construction of a new 225-foot tall concrete tower with a 400 SF cab structure for the new runway and an associated 10,000 SF building.
