This project consisted of a design-build contract for a develop/lease-back of a new 145,000 SF FBI field office, consisting of a main office building, parking garage, visitor screening facility, and vehicle maintenance shop. This LEED Gold facility was progressive collapse, steel-framed with precast cladding, and blast curtainwall system. The building is highlighted by a beautiful aluminum composite cornice adorning the top of the roof line and a 25’ red marble wall at the main lobby along with a 10’ FBI seal to accent the wall. Additionally, there is a covered 61,000 SF pre-engineered parking structure situated at the back of the building to allow sheltered employee parking.
