No One Gets Hurt is our #1 goal. Training is a key component to our safety process, as we demand compliance with safety standards. While the ultimate success of a health and safety program depends upon the full cooperation of each individual employee, it is management’s responsibility to see that health and safety work practices and procedures are not only adequate, but also enforced. Safety shall not be sacrificed for production but rather considered as an integral part of quality control, cost reduction, and job efficiency. Every supervisor shall be aware of the safety performance demonstrated by the employees under his/her supervision.
