The Walsh Group recognizes tradesmen and women come in different skill levels. In order to graduate from apprentice to journeyman, training and work experience are required. Walsh Construction and Archer Western are using this strategy with Safety. Continually providing safety training to our labor force and demanding that detailed safety procedures are being executed when faced with new work experiences. Continually refining new ways of training our labor force, introducing innovative processes, and enforcing a safety culture that promotes a safe work place will always remain the focus. The GOAL is to create a unified family on the jobsite where continually watching out for the other person is critical and to maintain a process that allows everyone to go home SAFELY! “No One Gets Hurt”.
