This project calls for the construction of a 16 MGD expansion to the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant in Lucas, Texas. Construction includes two primary clarifiers, one primary sludge pumping station, two BNR basins, one blower building, two Sec clarifiers, one Sec sludge pump station, four filters, three ultraviolet disinfection basins, chemical feed facility additions, odor control, 60" plant outfall line, solids handling plant and yard piping, electrical and instrumentation.
