Phase II of the Upper Blackstone Waste Water Treatment project involves the construction of a new Aeration Tank and two new circular Final Settling Tanks, as well as upgrading the three existing aeration tanks, six final settling tanks, and two pump stations. Also, the owner’s locker room facility and equipment maintenance facility will be renovated and a new support facility will be constructed. Finally, a portion of an on-site landfill will be capped.
