The project involved making various improvements to the Eastside Waste Water Treatment Plant to better serve the Dallas community. Existing basins were removed and new, more efficient raw water junctions, forebays, rapid mixers and flocculation / sedimentation basins were installed. A 72’’ diameter by-pass pipeline complete with 2 butterfly valves was furnished and installed by Archer Western Contractors. A lagoon irrigation system was also furnished and installed.
