Archer Western made improvements and modifications to already existing structures at the Scottsdale CAP Water Treatment Plant. New construction included; Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Building, GAC Pump Station and Wet-well, GAC Diversion Structure, GAC Seal Well, GAC Pump Station Electrical Building, Backwash Equalization Basin and Pump Station, and a Backwash Pump Station Electrical Building. Yard Piping was installed to connect all of the new and existing structures.
