This regional Target Distribution Center is the largest dollar value project The Walsh Group has built for Target Corporation. The facility is 1.63 million SF on a 225-acre site, which consists of 41 acres under roof, 47 acres of pavement, and 141 acres of site work. There are 42,000 SF of office space spread out over five interior office pods with an exterior Guard House and Pump House. Earthwork included four retaining walls, sanitary sewers, an entrance road, and an employee parking lot; 2,000,000 CY of earth were moved.
