The Senior Suites of Kelvyn Park is an 85-unit, 76,000 SF building on the Northwest side of Chicago. This senior living apartment building is a six-story cast-in-place concrete structure. This building construction includes “Green” components such as permeable concrete pavers and green roof technologies. The building interior features units that are approximately 580 SF each. Common areas include multi-purpose rooms, food service/kitchen, library, laundry, as well as building management rooms. Senior Lifestyle Corporation has also partnered with the City of Chicago to include a Senior Center on the 1st floor of this building.
