The Senior Suites of Bridgeport is an 85-unit, 69,455 SF senior housing project consisting of 5 raised floors, plus one roof deck, of cast in place reinforced concrete columns and floor slabs. The building exterior features a brick veneer with precast concrete windowsills, Renaissance stone bands, aluminum windows and entries, and a covered entry area. The building’s interior features units that are approximately 580 SF each. Common areas include multi-purpose rooms, kitchen, library, and laundry, as well as building management rooms. Walsh Construction performed 15% of the work on this project with its own forces.
