This Continuing Care Retirement Community campus will sit on 32 acres of land surrounded by a Nature Preserve. The senior living facility will consist of five new buildings: two seven-story mid-rise apartment buildings, a three-story Assisted Living Building, a single-story Memory Support Building, a three-story Health Center, and a Community Center that will attach to the mid-rise buildings. The campus will provide surface parking for 228 vehicles and an underground garage for 234 vehicles. The underground parking structure will be made up of cast-in-place concrete structure with structural steel and a supported concrete slab.
