The Holmstad Apartment project includes a new 138,000 SF 3-story building for independent living seniors. This new Senior Living building is an addition to the existing campus development in Batavia. The first floor consists of a 40,000 SF town center, which includes a dining room, swimming pool, fitness room, game room, beauty salon, craft room and large commercial kitchen. The building also includes lower level parking for 48 cars and independent living apartment units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The project entails some demolition to a 3-story apartment building, minor renovation to an existing building and site improvements.
