This project consists of a 135,600 SF 4-story retirement community for independent living seniors. This facility is an expansion to the existing development for Covenant Village in Northbrook. This independent senior living facility includes a 40,000 SF town center including fellowship hall, dining room, swimming pool, fitness room, game room and other classrooms. The building includes lower level parking and 45 apartment units on levels 2 and 3. There is also a new enclosed walkway connecting the town center building to the surrounding development.
