The Southfield, Michigan compound covers 220,000 SF and contains 220 units; the 248,000 SF Glen Ellen, Illinois facility includes assisted living finishes for its 267 units. The final development, constructed in Raleigh, North Carolina for a contract value of $27.5 Million, is a five-story structure containing 221 units and 224,000 SF.
