The Wilson Yard project is a 6-acre multi-use/residential regional development complex consisting of a residential family tower, a residential senior living tower, Target shopping center and additional street-level retail space. The project features a 180,000 SF Target, 178 affordable apartments, 700 parking spaces and 30,000 SF of other retail, office space and restaurants. The housing will include a building for seniors and another for families, all of which will be affordable to households with incomes up to 60% of the area median.
